About RNAComposer

A knowledge of the three dimensional RNA structure is crucial for all fields of biomolecular research. As a complement to experimental studies, new computational approaches are developed in several laboratories worldwide to enable prediction and modeling of tertiary RNA structure.

Here, we present RNAComposer ver. 1.0 which greatly facilitates an access to RNA structure 3D-models.
